An old Smith 515 carbine from the US civil war being put through its paces. As it´s in Swedish,the setup is real simple. 40-45 grains of blackpowder and our homebrew take on the original bullet weighing in at approx 370 grains. Very pleasant shooting little carbine with tons of fun factor even for the younger crowd as the recoil of it isn´t all that terrible. This is an early produced one by making it what´s often known as an “artillery“ carbine. In reality not though according to those in the know,they were all intended for the boys on horseback
