Simple Stirling engine in beta configuration, ie both displacer piston and power piston running in the same cylinder. Made from 50 mm ID smooth bore hydraulic tube (supplied by Hydraulic Supplies Ltd UK )The power piston made from an aluminium bobbin with steel sleeve. Stroke is 50 mm giving square displacement 50mm diameter giving approx 80 ccs working gas, but only 40mm stroke on the power piston. Connected to small dc motor as a generator to light an LED array. Because this engine is an external combustion engine it can run on any fuel which can burn including just the waste heat from a fire or wood burner. (see my other videos)
