This exercise is designed to improve your timing and ’internal clock’. Every new level that you play along to has less bars of music and more bars of silence. The premise is that you stop relying on the pulse of the music and start relying on your own inner pulse. It is divided into 3 sections with 4 levels per section, here’s what you do: Section 1 - Vamp Just play a simple funk rhythm guitar part, as the levels increase, try to keep in time.
