Laterally spreading tumors of the ascending colon. Endoscopic mucosal resection

Multiple flat adenomas of the colon were revealed in the female patient 74 y.o.. Endoscopic mucosal resection of three pieces with adenomas was made. Maximum size of resected mucosa was 37mm. Arterial bleeding from the vessel in the bottom of the wound was stopped by Coagrasper forceps. Argon plazma ablation of wound edges was done. 5 sm wound sutured by three endoclips (Ez-clip).
