Take a green garlic, cut off its root and chop it roughly. Also chop the green Chillies. 2. Take a mixer jar and add chopped green garlic, green chilli, fresh green coriander, some water, ice cubes and grind it coarsely. 3. Now open the mixer jar and add black salt, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice and blend it again nicely. 4. Take a kadai on medium flame. Add oil, butter, chopped onion and sauté for 3 minute. 5. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute. 6. Now add chopped tomato, salt and sauté for 3-4 minute. Add coriander powder, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala and some water cook well. 7. Take serving bowl and add some tomato masala. 8. Grate boiled eggs into kadai and mix well. 9. Now add chopped coriander and garlic chutney mix well. 10. Take a frying pan on medium flame add oil and butter heat it. 11. Now add garlic chutney and chopped coriander in serving bowl. 12. Crack an egg into that frying pan and fry it well from both sides. Then slide in serving bowl. 13. Now repeat the same method and make another egg fry. 14. Now add anda ghotala masala in serving bowl on the top of fried egg, garlic green chutney, fried egg and grated cheese. 15. Now garnish with chopped coriander and green garlic chutney.
