Vaginal Hysterectomy with AP Repair using aqua dissection

This HD video demonstrates non-descent vaginal hysterectomy along with anterior and posterior colporrhaphy using a method of dissection called aqua-dissection. The transfixation of pedicles and some other steps are not exactly how I usually do NDVH myself. The pedicles are tied by assistant whose method is not exactly how I would do myself.
