In this 45 Min Full Body BASIC COMPOUND Dumbbell Workout | No Repeat No Jump we will be targeting mainly the major muscles with the Compound exercises for Upper & Lower-Body. We will have 40 exercises in total in three categories 1. Lower Body 2. Upper Body Push 3. Upper Body Pull In the last part of the workout we will have a combination of upper- and lower body combined. We will be performing each exercise for 45 seconds with 20 and 30 seconds rest in between . The dumbbells that I am using are: 2x 18kg 2x 10kg 2x 5kg You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.
