Carefully stir cream cheese inside the bowl with spatula. 2. Add sugar inside the bowl and mix well with hand mixer or whipper and stir again while dividing an egg into the bowl for 2~3 times. 3. Sieve almond powder and stir in fresh cream and vanilla extract thoroughly with spatula. 4. Lay 2 layers of parchment papers under the baking pan and pour in the cake mixture. 5. Preheat an oven to 220ยฐC and bake for 30 mins until the cake turns dark brown. (Manage time looking in the oven since the ovens have different fire power.) the cake out of the oven and leave it on the room temperature for enough time. 7. Put the cake inside sealed container and cool it in the refridgerator for about half a day.
