Underwood M1 carbine, serial number 27717xx. Mid WW2 manufacture. All marked parts are Underwood, and all are exactly the right ones as far as we can determine, with no evidence of upgrades at any time. Flip rear sight, pushbutton safety, oval cut low wood stock.
