Olivetti M300-02 eBay score - non working PC (part 1)

I typically don't buy a lot of retro stuff off eBay. Especially no retro computers. Most of them are over-priced and untested. However this Olivetti M300-02 caught my attention because of its low 15 EUR price-point. The 1 caveat however ... it is broken. Let us take a look at it and see what we can do in order to get it working.
