Russian Defense Chief Shoigu Inspects ‘Army-2023’ Weapons Manufacturers Exhibition According to the Russian Defense Ministry, representatives from nearly 60 countries have confirmed their participation in the “Army-2023” defense forum, where contracts worth more than 433 billion rubles ($ bln) are expected to be signed.
