Proposal of the concept of a multi-level city infrastructure according to the GOROD project for the Telosa project in the USA In July 2024, the specialists of the GOROD project developed within the framework of the project a design and functional concept of a multi-level urban infrastructure for the Telosa project, which indicates the creation of a new city in America with the establishment of world standards of urban life, allowing to expand human potential and determine a pattern of life for future generations. Telosa project website: According to the concept, it is supposed to optimize and compact the placement of urban infrastructure - production sites, transport and engineering communications, social facilities, recreation areas, entertainment, trade and physical development, which are distributed over four levels located above the ground: Level 1 - production, transport and cargo functions; Level 2 - production and communication functions; Level 3 - social and public functions; Level 4 - exclusively for the movement of people on foot, recreation, entertainment and physical development of the population. The prepared concept is basically consistent with the presented concept of an eco-friendly metropolis called Telosa, which was announced by the billionaire and former head of Walmart Marc Lore. The concept of urban infrastructure developed by the specialists of the GOROD project will soon be sent to Marc Lore for consideration for use in the Telosa project (USA). The new city of Telosa is designed for 5 million people and will be built from scratch in the US desert. Its goal is to “create a more equitable and sustainable future.“ The design of the city will be handled by the world-famous architectural company Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). All that remains is to figure out where to build it and attract $400 billion in financing. Construction will begin in 2030. According to the presented plan, the territory of the city will amount to more than 60 thousand hectares. The project provides for an eco-friendly architecture, sustainable energy production and a drought-resistant water supply system. In addition, the city is designed so that residents can get to work, school and other urban institutions within 15 minutes. The goal of the project is to create the most environmentally friendly city in the world. At the first stage, the city will accommodate 50,000 people and occupy 607 hectares. According to preliminary estimates, the construction will cost $25 billion. The total cost of the project is expected to reach $400 billion, and the number of residents will reach 5 million within 40 years. According to the organizers, funding will come from several sources, including private investors, charitable organizations, federal and state grants and subsidies for economic development. They hope to receive a response from government officials “very soon,“ and the first residents will be able to settle by 2030. In addition to innovative design, the city also plans to ensure transparency of management - the so-called “new model of society“. Residents will be able to participate in decision-making and budgeting, as well as jointly own land through a public fund.
