Changes could be coming in how the city of Seattle handles removing homeless encampments. A judge declared parts of the city's rules for removal unconstitutional. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Washington sued the city on behalf of multiple people they said were constantly swept from place to place during the city’s encampment removals with their personal property destroyed without warning.
