The heart chakra, also known as Anahata, is the fourth primary chakra in Hindu Yogic, Shakta, and Buddhist Tantric traditions. It is located at the center of the spine, at heart level, and plays a crucial role in our emotional and spiritual well-being. Key Functions Acts as the individual’s center of compassion, empathy, love, and forgiveness Connects the physical realm with the spiritual, governing relationships and emotional experiences Possesses healing and calming energy Balancing the Heart Chakra Radiates unconditional love and kindness for oneself and others Helps release old patterns and emotional trauma Facilitates emotional and physical healing Associated Crystals Aquamarine: promotes inner truth and releases old patterns Peridot: assists in emotional healing during traumatic situations Jade: promotes emotional and physical healing of the heart 432HZ GRID AND CHAKRAS Just as a melody can be composed by the use of the seven notes of an octave, the 7 chakras create the soundtrack of our existence as human beings. And just as the construction of a house begins with the foundation, the work on the Chakras also starts from the bottom. Based on a 432Hz grid, it is starting from the lowest Chakra frequency and rising successively: Root Chakra ( C 256Hz) - Sacral Chakra ( D 288Hz) - Solar Plexus Chakra ( E 324Hz) - Heart Chakra ( F 343/ F# 364Hz) - Throat Chakra ( G 384Hz) - Third Eye Chakra ( A 432Hz) - Crown Chakra ( B 486Hz). 432 Hz tuned music was associated with a slight decrease of mean (systolic and diastolic) blood pressure values (although not significant), a marked decrease in the mean of heart rate (− bpm, p = ) and a slight decrease of the mean respiratory rate values (1 r.a., p = ), compared to 440 Hz. The subjects were more focused about listening to music and more generally satisfied after the sessions in which they listened to 432 Hz tuned music. BRAIN WAVES Delta Waves: Hz - associated with deep sleep, healing, and relaxation Theta Waves: 4-7 Hz - associated with drowsiness, meditation, and daydreaming Alpha Waves: 8-12 Hz - associated with relaxation, closed eyes, and a relaxed state Beta Waves: 13-30 Hz - associated with focus, attention, and mental activity Gamma Waves: 30 Hz - associated with high-level thinking, problem-solving, and memory formation
