Creamy Tomato Basil Soup Who doesn’t love a hot bowl of tomato soup? This is an easy recipe for anyone. Recipe: Ingredients: 4 each- small vine ripe tomatoes 1 each- 24 oz can San Marzano tomatoes in juice 8 each- fresh basil leaves 1 tsp- chopped oregano 6 each- thyme stems 1 1/2 cup- chicken or veggie stock 3/4 cup- milk or cream 2 TBSP- cornstarch 1 tsp- chopped garlic 1 TBSP- olive oil As needed- salt and pepper Method: Chop the fresh tomatoes into quarters. Add oil to a pot on medium heat. Add garlic, fresh and canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add thyme. Bring to a light boil, until the fresh tomatoes begin to soften. Remove from the pot, discard thyme stems and add tomatoes to a blender. Add stock to the mixture. You may have to blend in batches depending on the size of your blender. Add fresh basil and oregano and blend until completely smooth. Add mixture back to the pot and simmer. Combin
