When she attempted to flee, Williams is accused of shooting her in the head. Liberty City is a black-majority neighborhood that boast the most dangerous zip code in Miami. According to : Liberty City suffers 223% higher crime rates compared to the national average. Violent crimes take the forefront with 406% higher than the national average.
