Hello! I would to clarify that I am not a manga/ comic artist. I have not read a whole book of manga/comic series, so I wanted to try and my own take on this fanfic comic duel. This duel is like the parallel of the Z-arc duel in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. If you didn't know. I was about to quit being a drawing artist, but then I came across Yugi1Noob's Z-arc vs Yugi/Jaden/Yusei/Yuma duel video. It gave me the inspiration to try and up my skills as an artist. So I started this project April 17, 2017 and ended March 28, 2021. My only tools: Papers, pens, a ruler, color pencils, and pencil shader. This fanfic duel uses some anime effects as scripted by Yugi1Noob. Sidenote: the first Z-arc drawing is by someone else’s art work. Sorry forgot where I found the art from. I didn’t expect to continue after the first two scenes. ___________________________________________ Here are some Q&A that may have you wondering? Is this the end of my drawing days? I don't know. Am I going to be doing some more? probably not?? How many hours did it take? (Besides some of my goofy drawing style that I created from scratch) 1 piece of small scene took an hour to draw with a mechanical pencil then to ink them took about 20-30 minutes. Some of the large scenes took about 2 hours or more to draw then took about less than an hour to ink them. How many pages did it take? 93 pages. How many individual scenes? 496 (I tried to reach that 500 mark) How long did it take to complete? 3 years 11 months 11 days (actually 3 years 5 months, took a 6 month break because of burnout at the time) ___________________________________________ Made this on my own free time for fun because I liked drawing and a fan of the show & trading cards since 2002. Also because I didn’t know how to edit on a computer like I see others have done with other videos so I just decided to draw the duel instead. Enjoy!
