Full title reads: “Solemn blessing and laying of foundation stone of the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King, to be second largest Cathedral in the World.“ Liverpool, Merseyside. Priests and attendants mount podium with foundation stone for Liverpool Cathedral. The Roman Catholic priests perform various blessings over the stone.
