Fantasy Terrascape (terrarium build) A fully scaped fantasy themed terrarium build in a 3000ml glass jar. I used driftwood and detailing wood pieces glued together to create the hardscape. Lava rock chips has been used as drainage layer followed by activated carbon for filtration and finally my terrarium soil mix. I used Leucobryum glaucum moss for ground coverage and used Bucephalandra pygmy, Anubias nana and Bolbitis difformis for planting. I also created some interest in the foreground with detailing wood. Finally I watered the terrarium, dropped in some springtails from my active culture and closed it up.
