I can safely say this was one of the best pasta dishes I had in a long time, and not because I cooked it 🤣! @barillaus thick spaghetti with shell fish, squid ink and at the end my secret ingredient... can you name what it is🧡? For the record I started the sauce by sautéing a bit of sliced garlic, a whole piece of ginger and red pepper with extra virgin olive oil. Then I added shrimp and soon after clams and mussels which I previously steamed on the side with a bit of dry white wine (I like this technique because it allows me to let deposit and filter the juice in order to get rid of any unwanted sand) ... then I added some squid ink which I diluted with a bit of pasta cooking water to loosen it up. @barillaus thick spaghetti cooked very al dente, extra virgin olive oil for finishing and my secret ingredient grated over the top did the rest of the magic!
