BYB Extreme Fighting Series, the modern-day originators of bare knuckle fighting in the US and largest bare knuckle fighting organization in the world, announced today its full card for BYB 29 Brawl in the Pines III on August 10 at the Charles F. Dodge Center in Pembroke Pines. Doors open at 6 PM ET; first fight starts at 7 PM. The night’s main event will feature the first Light Heavyweight title defense of champion Cub “The Savage” Hawkins (Madison, WI by way of Chicago, IL; 5-0, 5 KOs) against rising star Gregoris “The Legacy of God” Cisneros (Cleveland, OH by way of Sucre, Venezuela; 3-1, 2KOs), whose lone defeat came by disqualification in his BYB debut. Local stars will also take center stage, as“The Fighting Pride of the 305” Uly “Monster” Diaz will fight in his final combat sports fight when he takes on Europe’s former IBA Cruiserweight World Champion and bare knuckle vet Szymon Szyniewicz. Jarod “Kid Gatti” Grant (5-2) will make his BYB debut against Tampa’s Lukas “Clown” Jones, who is 2-0 in BYB’s patented “Mighty Trigon” ring. Robert Duran Jr. (Miami, FL; 1-0, 1 KO), son of the legendary “Hands of Stone,” will look to stay undefeated when he faces tough Siberian Serob “Gulo” Minasyan. 20-year-old undefeated Cuban-born/Miami-based pro boxer (7-0) Yampier Ramirez looks to make an immediate impact in bare knuckle fighting when he debuts against “The Lion” Kendell Ward. Two of the best bare knuckle brawlers in the world, perennial title contenders Robert Serna and Ryan Jett will go head-to-head in a Middleweight matchup. Action guaranteed when two of BYB's most explosive women meet when Mexico’s Cecy Ulloa faces off against BYB mainstay Jessica Link.
