Manhattan prosecutors said they would not oppose Donald Trump’s request to delay the sentencing in his hush money trial as he looks to have the conviction overturned following the SCOTUS ruling that granted broad immunity protections to presidents. This comes as American lawyer Rudy Giuliani has been disbarred after ’false’ statements on Trump’s 2020 election.
