THEY MOVED THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING

Follow me as I take you on a tour of the hole in the ground where all the stone was extracted to build the Empire State Building in New York City. The building is made up of limestone taken from the earth less than a half mile from where my house sits. Indiana Limestone was also used in the construction of many more national buildings or monuments other than the Empire State Building.
