Deadlift (0:10) 2. Sumo Deadlift (0:39) 3. Stiff-Legged Deadlift (1:02) 4. RDL (1:36) 5. Single Leg Deadlift (2:06) 6. Dead Snatch (2:38) 7. Dead Clean (3:15) Note: 2 of the kettlebell deadlift “variations” are ballistic movements dear to the kettlebell community - the Snatch and the Clean. Both are done from a dead position, meaning that the kettlebell is brought to the ground each rep. These ballistic exercises are based off the deadlift movement pattern, and they are glute and hamstring focused, so they are a good fit for this video. By doing both ballistics and grinds during your workout, you can build explosive power and force, and raw power and strength.
