The painting in this tutorial is done on 12“x12“ Grafix opaque white craft plastic using Tim Holtz / Ranger ink color Pitch Black, Molotow Liquid Chrome, and Jacquard Pinata brass. I used my 500 watt Revlon styling brush hairdryer, with the brush attachment removed, on the cool setting to move the inks. I also used my Foredom variable speed foot pedal to control the air speed and turn the dryer on and off. After a painting has dried thoroughly, I always seal them with a few coats of Krylon Kamar spray varnish then a few coats of Kamar UV Archival spray varnish, waiting between each coat for it to dry. Once all this has cured for a week or so, the painting can be framed as is or applied to a wood panel then resined if desired. ***Scroll down for Amazon links to my most frequently used supplies *** Thank you all for taking the time to watch my alcohol ink tutorial video!
