Have you ever experienced that while you are praying, you get distracted? Most of the time, disturbing thoughts. I realised that when I am praying, the devil works hard to take my attention away from God. This usually happens when I pray the rosary. The rosary for me is the best way to meditate. To stop those ominous thoughts, I thought of playing a soft Gregorian Hymn while praying the rosary as I know the demons hate the Gregorian chants.
