Bulgarian is a South Slavic language spoken by approximately 9 million people primarily in Bulgaria, but also in neighboring countries and diaspora communities. It is known for its rich history and cultural significance in the Balkans region. In this video, we present a language challenge that focuses on testing the mutual intelligibility between Bulgarian, Ukrainian, and Polish. Mutual intelligibility refers to the ability of speakers of related languages to understand each other to some degree without prior knowledge or formal training. Through a series of language challenges, we explore the similarities and differences between these three Slavic languages.
