The brown actuator controls the open/closed state of the yellow slats by moving the blue circular slider. Each slat has a red pin that moves in a radial slot of the blue slider. This mechanism ensures that the slats rotate at the same angle. For ease of manufacture, the blue circular slider can be divided into many members. Each of them contains a slot.
