Join me for a 30 minute DUMBBELL SCULPT FULL BODY WORKOUT to strengthen from head to toe. Some exercises will be done with dumbbells and some without. Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights and a mat. I've also included a super quick warm up and cool down for todays routine. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout.
