This FULL BODY Movement Exercise - Arm Swinging (advanced) is a Tai Chi style exercise (not quite the same as Tai Chi, so I have called it Tai Chi style) (Also similar to Qi Gong Exercise). This is the first exercise of Body Efficiency Training - advanced level. This is the Arm Swinging exercise with a bit more body movement involved. I am trying to create a whip-like flow from the ground through the body and out into the fingertips which has MARTIAL ARTS APPLICATIONS. Its a great exercise to develop mind--body connection and freedom of movement together will good posture.
