Join in for a 15 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT with dumbbells. Today we'll really be focusing on our arm muscles. This routine will be mostly standing with only a few movements down on our mat (no pushups). I'll be using two 10 LB dumbbells, but always make sure to choose the weights that suit you best. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. Warm up and cool down intervals will be varied with 20-30 seconds per move.
