Patrick Droney’s career path as a guitar prodigy hasn’t been linear - he’s lived in Pennsylvania, New York, California, and most recently Nashville - but it’s produced lots of incredible moments. Blues and guitar fanatics show up to his gigs in droves, where playing is front and center. Signing with the Kobalt imprint following that Tennessee move yielded “High Hope,” a simmering soft rocker that gave him a legit hit three years ago.
