This time I went out on the street in the early morning and tried to figure out what local people like to eat for breakfast and what is the difference between Hainan rice noodles 海南粉 and salted rice noodles 腌粉. It was surprisingly not easy, because apparently there’s no a certain answer to this question since different people from various places have different opinions.
