A crew of a 120-mm mortar Sani destroyed a camouflaged stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Zaporozhye region A crew of a 120-mm 2B11 Sani mortar from the BARS-10 detachment of the Dnepr group of troops destroyed a camouflaged stronghold of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Zaporozhye region. Thanks to the work of unmanned aerial vehicle operators and artillery spotters, artillerymen strike strongholds, positions, and concentrations of personnel and equipment at any time of the day or night. This time, the coordinates of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stronghold, which was located in a neighboring forest belt, were transmitted to the artillery control point. In order to prevent detection of their positions due to the fairly close distance between the positions of the enemy and our units, the mortar men decided to hit the designated object in the dark. Thanks to night vision sights and thermal imaging devices, the military personnel quickly took up a firing position under the cover of darkness, calculated the initial data and hit the enemy stronghold. The competent and confident actions of the military personnel of the BARS-10 detachment of the Dnepr group of troops on this section of the front in the Zaporozhye region do not allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces units to equip new defensive positions, rotate personnel, and also suppress any enemy attempts to wedge into our defense line. Crews of 2B11 Sani mortars are capable of firing all available 120 mm mines at a range of over 7 km. Join Military Wave Источник: Military Wave
