“The Partisan's March“ is an Albanian military and anti-fascist song written during the period of the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War (World War II). Because of the great heroism of the Partisan's who bravely fought against the fascist invader, and the great pride their victory instilled in Albanian people, like many other partisan and anti-fascist songs, the Partisan's March became popular after the war, being performed by numerous singers many times all throughout Albania. During World War II, the Albanian Partisans were renowned among the Axis fascists for their skill, determination and strategic prowess in battle. It was due to this skill and determination that they were able to liberate their motherland with no foreign aid, without any force entering Albania to help them, making them the only force in the war to do so.
