Pamela Moses, owner of Bead Boutique on West 3rd Street, told KTLA that this is the third burglary her business has sustained in the last two-and-a-half years. In this instance, surveillance footage shows the thief using a large rock to smash the store’s front window around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday before ransacking the store of custom jewelry and a small amount of cash left in the register.
