Aloo laal mirch Preparation time : 10 mins Cooking time : 12 mins Serving : 2 pax Ingredients Quantity Fresh red chilli 12-15 nos Garlic 15-18 pods 8-10 pods Ginger 1 inch Oil 2 tbsp Cumin seed 1 tsp LG Hing a pinch Boiled baby potatoes 1 cup Dry mango powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Salt to taste Water as required Method : 1. On a grinding stone , take fresh red chilli , garlic pods , ginger slices crush it until its flatten . 2. Now crush it thoroughly until it reaches the consistency of chutney . 3. Heat a kadhai , add oil , cumin seed allow it to crackle . 4. Meanwhile in small grinding stone , add garlic pods and crush it roughly . 5.
