you have to listen with headphones for the left/right effect. the wingwavetheory says a.o. that it supports the communication between the brain hemispheres, if you listen to a sound moving from left to right in a constant tempo. i just use it for relaxing and think for example about how great it is to have music. it let me stay tuned all the time:) just take a break and listen to it, it will encourage your imagination.
