Welcome to episode thirteen of the Keith Richards Micawber Telecaster replica build. In this episode take a closer look at wiring a telecaster control plate. I’ve often heard people say that the electronics is the most scary part of guitar building. So in this video I will try and show that this doesn’t have to be the case and that if you take your time and approach it in a logical manner you should be absolutely fine. Components used in this setup are: two 250K CTS pots, one .22 microfarad Sprague orange drop capacitor, a standard ¼” mono jack socket and one import style three way selector switch.
