Immediately, we know it's time for us to take action. Luckily the dog was still there. In extreme stage of starvation. Can't even stand up. Puppies were kept nearby in terrible living condition: all were very skinny with no food and clean water. Can't wait. We have to take them out there asap. Vet was also shocked to see such a emaciated dog, all the bones were visible. Same situation with those puppies. All were anemic and shivering badly: bad gums, weak teeth. Look at their toenails, all were long and curved...
