In this video I will be showing you how I made Japanese Kiridashi style knives out of aluminum bronze. These knives were made using the lost foam casting method. Thin Styrofoam was cut on a laser cutter and then a sand mold was made. Aluminum and copper were mixed together in a crucible to make aluminum bronze and then poured into the sand mold.
