GeekLJT Wooden FM Radio Kit In this video we assemble a wooden DIY radio kit from GeekLJT. This is the 3rd kit of theirs I have put together. This one is unique in that their is no soldering to do. Both the power and speaker connections connect through JST type connectors. The radio is a scan only design with no display. There is an internal antenna which extends to about 12 inches. The kit looks nice, but the relief cuts in the wood so that it can be bent to shape has weakened the wood and it snaps easily. Also there are 4 different types and lengths of screws needed. Even the shortest screws poke through the wood and can easily scratch a child. ************************************************************************* *Please help support this channel at NO COST TO YOU.
