Open up your full body with a standing sequence including high lunge, triangle, reverse triangle, warrior II and extended side angle. Stretch your lower body with poses like three-legged downward facing dog, lizard and half splits. The class ends with seated revolved head to knee, head to knee pose and neck rolls. Enjoy a moment of reflection to yourself at the end. This class can be practiced any time of day and includes music.
