#Soyaalookisubzi is a delicious homemade dish recipe which is not too spicy and served with roti, phuka and rice. Ingredients Quantity Ghee 3 tbsp Potato cubes 2 no’s Dry Red Chilli 3 no’s Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Bay leaf 3 no’s Asafoetida ½ tsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Onion slices 2 no’s Green chillies chopped 2 no’s Tomato Puree 4 no’s Salt as required Coriander powder 1 ½ tbsp Red chilli powder 2 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp a pinch Water as required Soya Wadi Soaked 1 ½ cup Coriander Chopped 2 tbsp sprig for garnish. Method:- 1. Heat up a kadai add ghee and potatoes cover and fry the potatoes till golden brown in colour and remove in a bowl. 2. In that same kadai add dry red chilli, cumin seeds, bay leaf, asafoetida, ginger and garlic chopped mix well and saute for a while. 3. Now add sliced onion mix well and saute. 4. Then add chopped green chillies mix well and saute the onion till light brown in colour. 5. Then add tomato puree mix well and add salt mix it and cook for 4-5 mins. 6. Now add coriander, red chilli, turmeric and garam masala powder mix well cover and cook for 3-4 mins. 7. Add water mix it well and add fried potatoes, soya wadi soaked and squeezed cover and cook for 15-20 mins. 8. Lastly add coriander chopped and garam masala mix it well. 9. Remove in a serving Bowl and garnish with coriander sprig. 10. Serve Immediately.
