BYDF is a community-minded, co-op movement and wellness studio, located in the heart of The Berkshires, providing a wide variety of yoga, dance and fitness classes open to all ages, levels and abilities. Our offerings include group classes, private sessions, special events, corporate wellness and outdoor programming. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or trying a class for the first time – we are here for you. Step inside our beautiful, historic, 1,600 square foot studio; bask in the bright, open space and gorgeous natural light; meet our friendly, compassionate, deeply supportive, experienced instructors; and become part of our warm, welcoming, loving community. Our classes stretch from early in the morning to late in the evening and are accessible to all with affordable drop-in rates and special Community Classes offered free of charge or by donation.
