Amtrak Switcher #796 Couples to the Power on Train 20

For some reason Amtrak Washington Union Station pup switcher SW1000R #796 backs in to couple up to the power fresh off Amtrak Train #20, the northbound Crescent, which consisted of P42DC #154 and P40 #837. Normally the engineer just takes the power off themselves. The R in SW1000R defined #796 as a reduced clearance engine for use in electrified settings. Video followed by
