| 10:09 AM | SAN DIEGO - A SDPD officer spotted the male driver of the KIA traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Broadway in downtown San Diego. The officer attempted to stop the driver and the driver fled at high speed. The driver ran through several red lights. The driver finally stopped at Broadway and 22nd St. The driver refused to comply with the officers orders and surrender. He started throwing items out of his car, threatening to kill the officers, & swearing at the officers. After 30-40 minutes, he got out of the car, but still did not comply fully with the officers orders. The suspect then started to run away and officers gang tackled the suspect and arrested him.
