This is a story concept trailer for my game in development since 2018 codenamed #NotSSgame. It's a 3D spooky retro time loop open world adventure PC game (Imagine smashing Breath of the Wild into Majora's Mask into Earthbound). The game has a mid-poly retro aesthetic, not a photoreal one; this trailer is for story, vibes, mood, and general concepting. Here's an overview video of #NotSSgame (here when it exists). The game is mid-development, but it's a bunch of pieces not yet put-together, and I tend to neglect marketing or sharing, so I made this to help people understand the project a bit, but I plan to do proper devlogs showcasing progress with in-game footage as well. I hope that eventually if I remake this trailer with in-game footage, it's even cooler than this concept video, since I'll have total control over the imagery and camera movements, for example.
