Classic Trendelenburg Gait (lurch). As you can see she cannot keep the RIGHT hip 'up' when she's standing on the LEFT leg (during the RIGHT leg 'swing phase'). This is caused by the weakness of the LEFT gluteus medius. She has a history of previous LEFT L5 nerve root compression and subsequent discectomy and laminotomy. Though her L5 power is intact DISTALLY and as you can see there is no foot drop.
