Recipe: Natural yogurt without additives - 350 ml Agar-agar - 7 gr Milk - 200 ml Condensed milk - 200-210 g Kiwi (ripe) - 2 pcs. Mandarins - 4 pcs. Banana - 1 pc. Preparation: Add agar-agar to the milk and stirring over low heat, bring to a thickening. Add condensed milk, yogurt, stir and cook over low heat, stirring constantly for a couple of minutes. Cut the fruit. Put 1 layer of fruit in the silicone mold, then a layer of yogurt mass, fruit, yogurt mass, fruit and the final layer of yogurt mass. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator until it hardens.
